A message dated May 1, 2002, was read stating the Senate has passed                                 
CSHB 470(L&C)(title am) with the following amendment and it is                                      
transmitted for consideration:                                                                      
                                                                                                    
     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 470(RLS)                                                   
     "An Act relating to public offering statements required under the                              
     Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act; and providing for an
